Prinziple of HFO Booster

    Oeltechnik's Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) booster module is used on ships and in diesel engine power stations.  The module comprises all parts between the service tank (or called day tank) and the diesel engine, and supply HFO to engine with stable viscosity, pressure and volume.  

Applicable fuel: 180cSt, 380cSt, etc.

Heating resource: steam, thermal oil or electrical

Power supply: 40V, 60Hz, or 380V, 50Hz, control power supply: 220V

Design: All functions and control cabinets mounted on one base frame; successfully test run under simulated running conditions before delivery; once its inlets and outlets are connected to service tank and engine, the module can be taken into work immediately.

          Main components:

Oil pump: Chinese screw pump integrated with German Allweiller technology, long life, silent; or German gear pump, especially good for homogenizing HFO.

Automatic back-flushing filter: German made, simple back-flushing principle, long life

Viscosity control system: German made, accurate measuring, reliable regulating, simple operation
